MISSION CARIDAD: Restoring Health and Touching Lives
Welcome to MISSION CARIDAD, a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of cancer patients and individuals battling chronic diseases, as well as providing support to their families. Established in 2023, our organization was founded by a compassionate team comprising of Arlene-Frances Wu, a renowned nutritionist, her brother who brings expertise from the financial industry, dedicated work partners, and a group of inspiring cancer patients, their families, and medical professionals.
At MISSION CARIDAD, we firmly believe that care is more powerful than theory alone. Our sanctuary is nestled in the heart of Central, serving as a spiritual oasis for those in need. We aim to establish a resilient community built on mutual aid and support, where positive energy thrives and burdens are shared.

At MISSION CARIDAD, we firmly believe that prevention is the key to a healthy future. Many chronic diseases (such as diabetes, obesity, cancer, heart disease, stroke, and dementia) and mental health issues are often rooted in unhealthy lifestyle habits. That's why we prioritize preventive education from childhood, aiming to empower parents, educators, and communities to provide children with the knowledge and tools they need to make positive choices for their well-being. By instilling correct knowledge of healthy lifestyle from an early age, we lay a solid foundation for their health and happiness.
